23ème colloque sur l'arbitrage international (DCA - ICC - ICSID)

Cher amis globe-trotteurs, cette fois nous partons à New-York City pour un colloque international d'arbitrage.

Le 17 novembre 2006, ICSI acceuillera le 23ème colloque sur l'arbitrage international. Il sera co-commandité par l'association américaine d'arbitrage (DCA), la Cour Internationale de l'arbitrage de la Chambre de Commerce Internationale (ICC) et ICSID. Les thèmes abordés se concentreront sur des développements récents au trois établissements, sur la production des documents et d'autres questions probatoires. Ils aborderont les nouveaux défis concernant la confidentialité et des quetions substantives choisies résultant de l'arbitrage impliquant des parties d'état.

Ce colloque permettra une discussion interactive sur les questions courantes dans l'arbitrage inetrnational.

Cancellations and Substitutions
Cancellations must be made through ICSID at the above address or telephone number by Friday,  ovember 3, 2006, or be subject to a charge of US$100.00. Registration may be transferred to another person at any time at no extra charge. Travel and Accommodation Participants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements and hotel reservations. Participants who also plan to attend the LCIA Symposium to be held in cooperation with ICSID on Saturday, November 18, 2006, at the Fairmont Hotel in Washington, D.C., may wish to note that the LCIA has a number of rooms on hold at the Fairmont Hotel for US$239 per night plus tax. The required accommodation form may be obtained from the LCIA.
